Takes care but let's it sit for days before looking at it. Didn't listen to my communication of problem (battery not charging). Replaced sensor something that didn't to be replaced. Finally, I went and got the car and took it to independent shop. Called and texted multiple times wanting to sell me new car. Never about fixing current car. In the end, the alternator was bad. More

When I purchased my vehicle, I was told that as long as it’s within 25 miles they would come pick up my vehicle and bring it back to me while I was at work for oil changes or any service related items. This has never happened until my last service. I felt like I had to show my exhaustion of trying to get a loaner car while my vehicle was in the shop for anyone to take it serious. The response I was given was there’s not enough loaner vehicles, which is not my problem. It’s the problem of the dealership. If when I’m buying a $80,000 vehicle I’m promised these items then. I should never have to fight to get them. More
