We took our 2015 Infiniti QX60 into Grubbs Infiniti Garpevine due to a rumble/knocking in the engine. Our service advisor, Andrew, was very helpful and knowledgeable on what the issue most likely was. Garpevine due to a rumble/knocking in the engine. He contacted us the next day with what the problem was and had several other issues that were found during the inspection. We decided on fixing the original issue and one other major problem but declined the others. Andrew never pressured us on any repairs and was extremely helpful.
