Sam Turner was my sales man on the first car and after such a wonderful experience there was no doubt I would call him when I needed the second car. Sam has made the car buying experience so effortless. No price negotiations required and he is so professional and detailed. I don't think I will ever buy another car from anyone other than Sam Turner nor any place other than Grubb's Infinity. More
Buying experience was ok,it went sour from there. One week after purchase battery completely dead, recharged then dead again two days later. Took to repair shop locally as Grubbs six hours away, found fa week after purchase battery completely dead, recharged then dead again two days later. Took to repair shop locally as Grubbs six hours away, found faulty ignition switch, water pump leaking antifreeze, repair estimate of over $700. Called and talked to the salesman at Grubbs and was told that is what happens when you buy used vehicles, I was told nothing they could do for me, sorry. Would not recommend Grubbs Infinity if you want any kind of customer service after the sale!!!! More
I am stationed in Fort Sill, OK and found that Grubbs Infiniti in Euless, TX is definitely a true dealership that puts the buyers needs first. I have purchased 2 cars from there, dealt with Sam Turner bo Infiniti in Euless, TX is definitely a true dealership that puts the buyers needs first. I have purchased 2 cars from there, dealt with Sam Turner both times and i can definitely say that Sam is truly a professional in sales; courteous, kind, detail oriented, excellent in knowledge, friendly and totally dedicated to buyer satisfaction. There is an Infiniti dealership in OKC less than 2 hours away from me, however i had no problem whatsoever getting in contact with Sam a little less than a month ago when i was ready to make my next (2nd) purchase. Just like the first time, Sam was nothing less than professional. Totally personable and was able to make all the numbers work.Sam Turner is truly a great sales man! Darrell More
I found a GMC Denali online and contacted them very quickly. Unfortunately our timelines would not match up for me to come get the vehicle quickly, and I was only an hour and a half away. So Sam Turner quickly. Unfortunately our timelines would not match up for me to come get the vehicle quickly, and I was only an hour and a half away. So Sam Turner went out of his way to get everything ready and just brought the vehicle down to me. All the paperwork was ready to go and the truck was so clean and taken care of, better than it had been described to me. They gave me an outstanding offer for my trade and had a great price on the car i purchased. Unfortunately, I think I will be in this vehicle for a while, but when I do search for a new vehicle, Sam at Grubbs Infiniti will be on the top of my list. What a great experience!!! More

I noticed the 2003 Toyota Tundra pickup on eBay and submitted a bid. Sam Turner contacted me, we made a deal and the vehicle was delisted from eBay. In negotiating the price, Mr. Turner stated he had submitted a bid. Sam Turner contacted me, we made a deal and the vehicle was delisted from eBay. In negotiating the price, Mr. Turner stated he had personally looked over the vehicle, the vehicle had passed their rigorous dealership review and the vehicle was very clean. I wired the price and had the vehicle picked up several days later. The vehicle is generally as represented except that the tailgate latch doesn't work. This isn't a latent defect that was hard to notice. And it would have been easy for the dealership to repair. When I asked Sam about that, he stated: "Did not know that. I thought I looked over that truck very well." Apparently not. Now I have the hassle of taking it to a body shop and waiting for parts etc. More
Had been a Sewell Infiniti customer for 4 cars until my last 2. Candidly, came to Grubbs the first time for a better price, I came back the second time because the price and SERVICE were far superior at G last 2. Candidly, came to Grubbs the first time for a better price, I came back the second time because the price and SERVICE were far superior at Grubbs. I don't know if Sewell is slipping or if Grubbs is that good at their game - but Joe and the Grubbs team really have it figured out right now. I would highly recommend Joe O'Day and Grubbs Infiniti. As a customer, who has shopped numerous times at several dealerships, I pretty much know how the deal is supposed to go: -You're greeted by a sales person, -You talk about the vehicle you want, -More dealerships, I pretty much know how the deal is supposed to go: -You're greeted by a sales person, -You talk about the vehicle you want, -More often than not, they get the keys, and you take a nice thorough look at the vehicle in which you wish to purchase, -You might go on a test drive, -They take down your info on a guest sheet, -Then, and ONLY then, can any sort of credit application be filled out. Grubbs Infiniti did no such thing. Instead of walking in, and being able to see the vehicle right away, as was promised over the phone, I was essentially sat down in an office, told to sit and wait, had a short chat with the sales person, and straight up told to fill out a credit application. Never had a chance to see the car beforehand, wasn't let inside the vehicle, NOTHING. I filled out the application anyways, just to make sure we could make something happen. But never once did the sales person offer to take me outside to show me the vehicle. I had to ask after sitting on my butt for a long time, if we could PLEASE go see the car. He finally fetched the keys and showed me out to the car. It was almost as seen in the pictures, except for the fact that the vehicle had not been inspected, not been washed or cleaned, and not had any form of service done to it whatsoever. The Check Engine light was on, plus the Traction Control light, and the engine barely cranked when I started it up. Now normally, the dealers have said, we'll fix that, or check that out for you, but I was never ONCE told this by the sales person. Instead he ran off to go drop a couple sets of keys to the detail department/ service....i dont know which one, Never got to drive the car, nor really check it out thoroughly as I have done at so many other dealers beforehand. After going back inside, I was told that the dealership had LIED to the banks, about how much money I made...by telling them I make almost $20K more than what I do now....and I NEVER stand for liars...EVER! I was immediately put off, and told them I would think about it. Then I proceeded to hop back on my BICYCLE that I had ridden clear across Colleyville to Euless to get to the dealership, and have to ride the 10+ miles back home. The follow up emails were even worse. Basically asking why I didnt purchase a vehicle and so on and so forth, typical of a car dealer that doesnt get their way when they dont sell a car, and when I replied back, by listing the reasons I was not going to be buying that car, I was essentially insulted and attacked by the internet manager, saying that I was not FIERCELY LOYAL to my bank...even though I am an elite member of the American Airlines Credit Union, whom I've been with since 2005. Basically, in one form or another, saying that it didnt matter, and that he hoped it had answered my questions. This not only did not answer any of my questions, this angered me profusely, as this was a treatment I have NEVER experienced at ANY other dealer in my entire lifetime! For someone who says they provide quality customer service, I think they need to get a good talking to by people like Sewell or Crest...seeing as to how I've had MUCH better experiences with those dealerships before.
