We found this dealership on the internet and contacted them about a QX56 on their lot. We first spoke with Steve Glynn, he was excellent. We were planning on traveling over 8 hours to make this purchase. We talked back and forth with Steve and he had everything set up for us so that upon our arrival we would be taken care of. He was out of the office on the day that we planned to arrive so Pete Hankins stepped in to handle the rest. The entire staff was very good and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy and for a hassle free transaction. Hunter was very easy to deal with. There wasn't any hassing over price. Everything was as stated with the car when we got there to pick it up. I had the best experience ever when I visited Grubbs Infiniti. The sales manager himself replied to my inquiry on a used vehicle at the dealership and was very friendly, honest, and fair. The price he quoted me on the phone was the price I paid, and not a penny more. When the sales associate contacted me, I was even more impressed! He attempted to get me an even better deal than I was already getting. I was pleased that he tried eventhough his efforts failed, I was getting a great deal anyways so it was not an issue. The car was detailed to almost brand new and the service from each person I dealt with was incredible! I will return to this same dealership to buy my next car. I had to drive all the way from Allen to Euless to get outstanding service, but it was well worth it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants quality, honesty, and the best car buying experience ever. More
I was very surprised at how friendly and professional everyone at Grubbs Infiniti is. In fact I noticed it when I called about a used car on their lot and asked for a sales person. Tim Roberts helped me on the phone and was very nice and made me feel comfortable before even meeting him. He needed to look at the car to answer a few of my questions and he said he would call me back in 5 minutes. He called right back and answered all of my questions. Later that day I went to the lot to view the car and Tim Roberts was extremely helpful. Tim was patient with me and he wasn't pushy at all like some other lots that use that hard sale approach. Tim worked very hard with the sales manager to reach a price I was comfortable with. Tim also helped get me a fair trade in price for my trade in. I left the lot driving a very nice Infiniti G35 and I am as happy as I could be. I love my car and I'm very happy with the deal! Everyone I met at Grubbs Infiniti really made me feel like I was appreciated as a customer. They definitely have the best customer service I have ever run accross. November 10, 2012 marked my first car purchase. I had Tim Roberts as my sales person. I remember seeing the car of my dreams on the Grubbs Infinit website and knew that this was my car. I have been searching for this GS 350 for a while and waiting for the right time and of course the right price. With my busy school and work schedule, I was not able to view the car until weeks later. Tim was generous in keeping the car on the lot for me and even offered a valet service in bringing the car to me! I was very upfront with the price I was willing to pay and Tim met the price 100%. On 11-10-2012 I brought my new car home. Following a few weeks after the car purchase, the CD player was not working. I called Tim told him about the CD issues. He informed me to take my car to Lexus and since I bought the extended warranty the CD player should be covered. A few days later, a get a call from Lexus informing me that there will be a $100 deductible. I did not mind paying the $100 deductible compared to the price it would be if I did not buy the warranty. Due to CD player not being identifed prior to the car purchase and when the car was driven off the lot...I called Tim to see what he can do in terms of the $100 deductible. Tim automatically tells me "come to the dealership and I will take care of it." No questions ask, Tim writes me a personal check for $100 to pay for the deductible. This could have been a stressful situation, especially with the holidays coming up. $100 is alot to a graduate student :) This is my family's second time purchasing a car from Grubbs and the service here is above and beyond! Tim is a very professional, honest, and detailed sales person. I am greatful to have had Tim as my sales person. Genuine sales people do exist! I recently purchased a used 2010 Cadillac Escalade from Grubbs and I used Kevin Schultz as my salesman. I live 300 Miles from their dealership and Kevin met me half way to purchase the car, which is somet Grubbs and I used Kevin Schultz as my salesman. I live 300 Miles from their dealership and Kevin met me half way to purchase the car, which is something the other dealers would not do. Kevin was very helpful throughout the whole process. Kevin was also very honest with me through out the whole process. Now I had one problem with the dealership and It really has nothing to do with the salesman. We purchased the car at the Woodlands Mall where we met Kevin. We test drove the car it started up perfect. Kevin left heading back to Dallas. We parked the car looked at all the gadgets for about 5 minutes and then proceeded to start the car and the battery was dead from the dome light being on for 5 minutes and the running boards operating when we opened the doors. Once we finally got vehicle home my mechanic checked battery and the battery was weak. The mechanic said if the battery was checked yesterday like your receipt from Grubbs said it was then it would have defiantly showed the battery was weak. So $150.00 dollars later I have new battery and the car is running great. So I suggest when buying a vehicle at Grubbs use Kevin Schultz as salesman and bring your own battery tester! More
We came in looking at cars found one we liked and sat down to start to work out a deal we ran into a small hiccup but nothing major. Then Pete the sales manager came in and after once he came in I was not impressed he had a degrading tone everytime we spoke and eventually richard said we could take the car home while we try to work things out, this was on a saturday well we spoke to pete on wednesday and told hIm on wednesday that it would be monday before we could finalize everything and he said ok thn friday we were woth our family for the holidays and pete started harrasing us with phone calls and then came to our house being extremely rude and unprofessional and used profanity towards me. At first I was impressed with them but how how rude and unprofessional pete was towards me and the fact that he came to my house and used profanity was very inappropriate and I will not be doing buisness with them now or in the future. More
