Grubbs INFINITI

First checked out Sewell Dallas and they wouldn't work with us on a good deal..then went to Sewell Lexus in Dallas - worst service around. I wish I didn't waste time at the other dealerships because as soon as we walked in we were treated so well. Steve was straight to the point, honest, friendly, asked questions, and a I felt like he really cared what I wanted in a car. I narrowed it down to the G37 and I love it! He was so helpful and even gave me a great deal on my trade in. I felt like I made the best decision! Steve was wonderful and so was Nick who took care of the financing..The best part is when we were walking out, a gentlemen we didn't meet earlier, went out of his way to congratulate us and said "Welcome to the Grubbs family". I couldn't be happier with my decision! I will continue to buy my future cars at Grubbs Infiniti. More

Had a great experience at Grubbs Infiniti. Robert Olegario was our sale person, he was professional and a pleasure to work with him. Great personal attention to detail. Salesman Jeff Armstrong and Finance Manager Nick Amendelaro were polite, professional and infommative. Make sure you check all your documents before you sign! The one time I failed to do so, I get lied to. When negotiating my sale price, they said they would pay my balance on my current vehicle (another Inf The one time I failed to do so, I get lied to. I asked Ralph are you sure Grubbs is going to pay for my vehicle, he said yes. Came back and lowered my monthly payment by $100. What I failed to look at, was the final official document with all the numbers. They did not pay my previous vehicle like they had promised, they rolled in that negative balance into my new car price. I didn't catch it because they had a big sale going on for 2012 vehicles. I will not do business with Grubbs again! More

Disappointing visit last month. Went to Grubbs with the intent to purchase new 2012/2013 Infiniti(s). I felt the sales person treated me like I was unable to afford an Infiniti (kind of a snob and talk dow intent to purchase new 2012/2013 Infiniti(s). I felt the sales person treated me like I was unable to afford an Infiniti (kind of a snob and talk down to me)and my girlfriend thought he was flirting with her to an extreme. We were both very uncomfortable and promptly left without making it inside. My intent was to purchase with cash, so monies were not an issue. I ended up buying my 2 new vehicles from another nearby dealership without issue. Sorry my prior experience with Grubbs years ago was great, but this was not the case here. I live local and wanted to buy local. Maybe next time I am in the market my Grubbs experience will have a better outcome. Maybe more sensativity training for the sales people would be well advised. More

We drove from north Dallas to meet with Ralph - my brother and sister in law have done business with him for years at Grubb's. He was THE best to work with. Basically, I told him what I wanted, what brother and sister in law have done business with him for years at Grubb's. He was THE best to work with. Basically, I told him what I wanted, what I was looking for and he found it - the same day. He was friendly, professional and so easy to work with. Once we were done with Ralph we moved onto Nick who helped us with the financing paperwork, etc. It was the end of the day - after 6:00 p.m. and he was so nice and not rushed. He was great to talk to and has a great personality and sense of humor - it had been a long day for us all. Greatly professional and knowledgeable. Overall - our entire experience was a 10+. You've got customers for life. We love our new FX35! More

Do not buy from them. They lie, and then blame you. We agreed on price and financing, they told us they were washing the vehicle for us.
