I was pleasantly surprised and greatly enjoyed working with the Grubbs Infiniti Team. Joe O'Day, Internet Sales Manager, was a joy to work with. He allowed me to ask questions I already knew the answers too and simply reinforced or confirmed my feelings about Infiniti. Mark Cameron, Finance Manager picked up right where Joe left off, and made me feel I was making the right decision. They were above and beyond friendly when we got out of our vehicle to look at the used car. They didnt try to haggle us or make us look at something we were not interested in. It was late when we looked so Peter came in and told us he was not giving us the service he deserved but that he would call us when they opened in the morning. And he did just that. And when we got on the lot that moring they met us outside and said this is yours all you have to do is sign. There was no us waiting there for hours like other dealerships. And every person in the dealership stoped by and said hello to us. I will definatly use this dealer again. More

I recently purchased a new G37 Convertible from Ken Davis, this is the 2nd time we have worked with Ken, he sold us our 09 FX 35 2 yrs ago. I can honestly say Ken is the most patient, professional, knowledgeable and HONEST sales person I have ever dealt with. He is the main reason we came back to this dealership to purchase my new car. He always makes you feel welcome, even if you are there just getting an oil change, he'll take the time to say "hello". I just leased a 2011 G37 Convertible. I could not have asked for better service. Everyone was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the whole process, making sure I knew everything there is to know about asked for better service. Except when rush repair was needed and G The Q45 ( 1999) we bought at Grubbs has been full serviced for the past 12 years, at this dealer service. Except when rush repair was needed and Grubbs could not schedule. Out of town service for alternator. Always expensive, but wanted to maintain car correctly. Last few visits ( within 18 months ) service has been charging more and doing less. For the first time sent out an email telling me all the things that should be done as far as scheduled service. Along with a detailed description of what they thought was wrong with the car ( not starting ) Last week car had problems starting, service said key was damaged, 268.00 to recut and program. Rip off. possible module for 400.00. Explained that I felt service dept was off there rocker. Problem with car happened with two different keys. Very random failure. Two times out of 60 or more starts without problem. And last time it failed I was able to start engine by spraying B 12 chemtool into intake for air cleaner. All this was explained when car was dropped off. We had loaner car, so the fact that the car was in service for 5 days was OK. Never found the problem with the key. Power antennae did not work when car was returned, I feel certain that it was damaged during the car wash at Grubbs, ( it would not lower by itself if car was running as normal) and this is why it got bent at the Grubbs wash. Talked with Terry Beaver, said he would check with service. Never heard back. Possible that removal of dash to check out key could have stopped antennae from working. Power switch for antennae is close to removed part. Regardless I have waited for a call back from service and no response. Sales department is always friendly , but do not plan on buying a car at Grubbs again due to service problems and lack of respect. Service writers are trying to make too much money on bogus service claims. Still mad about the time I had to buy 8 coil modules because they could not tell which one of the eight was causing the error code. How did you hear about us? Why would you ask this question ( without a proper selection list ) when you sent me this Dealer rating form. To my email? More
