They lowered the price of their car and raised the price of my trade in order to get a deal that I was comfortable taking. Very honest from the beginning, open and very friendly. He made me a good deal and was willing to work with me in any way.Even offered to meet me half way between okla city and Dallas!!!Made me deal on my tradein and I drove back to Dallas next day. The entire experience was positive. I asked some tech questions about the All wheel drive and he grabbed a tech guy to answer all my questions and he even linked up my phone to the car system. I already owned a Nissan Murano, and much of the Infiniti is similar. But the FX was a leap ahead technology wise than the Murano. Ralph gave me an in-depth run down on the car. Steve went the extra mile to find me the exact car I wanted (color, accessories, and add on packages). I just can't thank you enough.
