Then upon arriving to look at cars Joe was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He is definitely an asset salesman and creates a welcoming environment. We came back later in the week to pick up the car and Joe rolled out the red carpet. Such an amazing experience for our son getting his first car. He also sat in the vehicle with our son and showed him everything, working to connect his device to the car as well. We did find a cracked lense in the front camera and Joe along with the GM took wonderful care of us to assure we could come back for the repair. We did return after the holidays to find Joe had us all set up with an appointment, loaner vehicle, and valet return on our car. I cannot thank him enough for taking time to really help us through the process. A++++ customer service for sure. I will highly recommendhim to all our friends and family. More
