Without explaining service manager John Tijerina's best buddy Luke Snowden (new service agent - only been there for 4 months) charged me over $450 for battery replacement. I was not happy at all for paying buddy Luke Snowden (new service agent - only been there for 4 months) charged me over $450 for battery replacement. I was not happy at all for paying $613.82 for just an oil change and battery replacement on my QX50. I still don’t have any clues how they charged me whiteout exclamation that much. It's a rip-off place. Also waiting period was over 3 hrs and agent never communicated between waiting period. I met the service manager but he was favoring his best buddy Luke and no word for me. I will never go this place again. I don't see Luke on the service agent name list below and how can I rate him and his service for customer satisfaction. More
