Kevin was my service advisor as I brought the QX60 in for a check engine light. Turns out rats had eaten at my engine wiring harness and did a number on it. He walked me through what needed to be done an a check engine light. Turns out rats had eaten at my engine wiring harness and did a number on it. He walked me through what needed to be done and for me to get with my insurance as this was covered under comprehensive insurance. He was great on communicating the status of my repairs and worked with my insurance adjuster so that I ended up with no out of pocked expense. I have bought 4 cars through Grubbs and they have always provided super service. Totally will be using Kevin as my adviser in future maintenance on my QX60. More
