First inquired with the online response form. I aske for a cash price on a '18 Highlander. Couldn't get an answer. I thought I might could do a trade in. I filled in all the info about my trade in and submitted it with an offer to pay the difference. Still no response. After 4 or 5 days I emailed again wondering why no one had gotten back with me. A salesman finally texted me back saying he had dropped the ball and the car had been sold. It was an SUV I really wanted and would have put a deposit down by credit card to hold it. But I guess it wasn't meant to be. I think the salesman was Corey Issac but not sure since I deleted my text from him. More
