I bought my pre-owned Genesis at Grubbs Infiniti, which is near my work, so I get oil changes there. I had a recent problem with my air conditioning that was covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty is near my work, so I get oil changes there. I had a recent problem with my air conditioning that was covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, so I had to take it to an actual Genesis dealership. It took three weeks and $900 in rental cars to get my “free” repair. Grubbs Infiniti’s service department blows those two Genesis dealerships’ away. More
