I’ve been to several dealerships that I’ve struggled with, and always left unhappy with the service. But I can honestly say I had an amazing experience at Grubbs Nissan. I went to check out a Nissan Rogue and test drove it with Fernando, who was very friendly, he provided excellent customer service! He encouraged me while test driving to try on all the features and explained everything clearly. He was very kind and funny, made the whole process very enjoyable. They had an event going on the same day and offered me snacks and desserts too. I’m a first time buyer so I was a little nervous but they were very respectful of my budget and the sales manager Abraham gave me different options to work it out. Nadia was very sweet and came to check on me every now and then and answered my questions! More
