I was promised this was a "amazing and perfect truck, would not make you drive out here if it was not ready for a new home" blah blah. I got to the dealership truck was full of scratches, dings middle co would not make you drive out here if it was not ready for a new home" blah blah. I got to the dealership truck was full of scratches, dings middle console was looking like it was about to split. test drive came around truck was shaking, needed a alignment REALLY NOTICABLE, tires were shot. the rear end had something loose in the rear as well. The whole appointment was less then 15 min and very sad came home without a vehicle and lost my job due to not having a truck. Terrible customer service. Do nott recall anyones name but it was a manager and a sales men date was october 1st,2022 for a black f250 platinum with 33,000 miles. More
