Grubbs Nissan

The finance department was dishonest. They charged me $3000 for an extended warranty that they had told me would only cost $1800 ($25/month for 72 months). I bought the car remotely during COVID & discovered the error when the car was delivered. The finance manager Ameer assured me I “had his word” that I would receive the refund. I have an email confirming he would refund me even though he decreased my promised refund in the email. I have never received my $1200 refund. Joe Ensey, Finance Director, called me once to discuss situation but then never called back as promised and will not respond to voicemail or email. More

I brought my truck in for repairs only one item was addressed and it was a engine light that cleared it self before bring truck in the other items was not repaired wheel shake been in twice for this , addressed and it was a engine light that cleared it self before bring truck in the other items was not repaired wheel shake been in twice for this , was told they checked the balance of tires not true tires was never removed and the same night i got a low tire pressure light, I worked in a service garage for 5 years tires cant be check on vehicle .Hi- beam lights not working properly given a printer print out of operations of lights I guess they thought I did not look at owner manual . told engine light was doto fuel pump warning but it was not changed just told if engine light comes on again to bring it back !!. I see to get good service I will have to go to a different nissan dealership sad I thought Grubbs Nissan was better then this but after reading other reviews i can see poor service ! More
