The finance department was dishonest. They charged me $3000 for an extended warranty that they had told me would only cost $1800 ($25/month for 72 months). I bought the car remotely during COVID & discovered the error when the car was delivered. The finance manager Ameer assured me I “had his word” that I would receive the refund. I have an email confirming he would refund me even though he decreased my promised refund in the email. I have never received my $1200 refund. Joe Ensey, Finance Director, called me once to discuss situation but then never called back as promised and will not respond to voicemail or email. More
