Every time I’ve taken my car to the shop which this is the second time I was afraid! Just didn’t know what to expect. I had an appointment but over slept so that frustrated me but when I called them they the second time I was afraid! Just didn’t know what to expect. Very polite! Ordered me a Lyft home. Called me to discuss my car, when Jackie explained explained everything to me and addressed all of my concerns. Jackie also broke it down to me the most important things that needed to be done and not so important things that I could wait on. Over all my experience was great! And then they picked me up to take me to pick my car up. Once I returned to pick ip my vehicle Jackie went over the repairs. I will be returning for more maintenance on my vehicle.
