Dropped it off in the AM, was greeted very nicely. Gentlemen quickly processed ny requests; oil change & alignment. Since id figured it'd take a couple hours i went home. Took until around 2pm - 3pm t Gentlemen quickly processed ny requests; oil change & alignment. Since id figured it'd take a couple hours i went home. Took until around 2pm - 3pm to finally get a call bacl but was asked that in order to get the alignment I'll need a tire rotation. Did not hear back until 1 hour before closing, 6pm, which i was told the alignment wasnt completed. Afterwards took about 10 minutes for the vehicle to finally get pulled out. Usually this location is pretty good about their work, and maybe for a the fact that it was near 4th of July (07/03/2023) and most of their employees were not in on the evening, it took all day to get 2/3rds of the job done. A holiday isn't an excuse to not complete a job but I understand. Overall, its usually pretty good, I'll take that day was an exception. More
