Maintenance is the worst!!! Earlier this year, when they changed my car’s oil, and after couple of days I started noticing oil marks in my garage and the oil light started blinking, it turned out that the m changed my car’s oil, and after couple of days I started noticing oil marks in my garage and the oil light started blinking, it turned out that the maintenance guy did not even securely lock the oil drain valve. To make it worse, from another maintenance visit, i just found a wrench left inside the hood of my car after hearing all those noises while driving, well Nissan Grubbs, Bedford did it again since they are the only ones that work under my car’s hood. Would never recommend such a place and definitely need another service location! Carelessness is all over!!! More

I really like the customer service was great, 1 thing was they over charge me, I have a Nissan Juke 2012 and took it for oil change. They charge 49.99 without my 10 dollars coupon, at the end of transaction they over charge me, I have a Nissan Juke 2012 and took it for oil change. They charge 49.99 without my 10 dollars coupon, at the end of transaction they added back 10.00 fee which it was back for 48.02 don't make sense. So i will call back to have 10 dollars refunded back. Jon Tucker is the BEST advisor at Grubbs Nissan service center. Have bought 2 cars from Grubbs and have been a customer since 2012 and he by far is the best advisor I have ever dealt with.
