We had a great experience at Grubbs. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. Chris the salesman was great but everyone else was horrible, disrespectful, dismissive, and rude. You'll get better treatment at a Kia dealership!! If it weren’t for Philip Kanu or Blake, I would have not ended up finalizing my purchase at Grubbs Volvo. The last thing a potential customer wants is a pushy and eager salesman, much less a pressured ended up finalizing my purchase at Grubbs Volvo. The last thing a potential customer wants is a pushy and eager salesman, much less a pressured sales pitch. Philip was patient, thoughtful, and accomodating. Blake was equally as patient and as forthright as possible. These two made my experience worthwhile and I know my family appreciated everything they did for us. I have no problem recommending Philip and Blake from Grubbs Volvo! More
