Took my truck in for coolant leak repairs and spark plugs and cable replacement, the truck did not have the check engine light on when they took it in. However when they completed the work and turned the tru and cable replacement, the truck did not have the check engine light on when they took it in. However when they completed the work and turned the truck back to me, the check engine light is on. Advisor said that air duct intake was broken before they touched the truck that that’s the reason the check engine light is on. Well before the check engine light was not on. The advisor blames me that the air duct intake was broken before. I’m sure their tech broke the intake but they won’t take accountability. Be cautious with these shady people (advisors) at service at Chevrolet Guarraty at Santa Ana. More

We have bought multiple cars from this dealership. They are professional, friendly, and trustworthy. I wish that the process from once you accept the deal to when you sign was a little faster. Not sure why Chevrolet stopped putting owner’s manuals in their Colorado’s. I think this is something they need to include in all vehicles. More
