If i could give less than 1 star i would. My wife an i found a used tahoe online, we were very interested in so i called down there to see if they still had it, someone answered and said they thought so and would call me back to tell me if it was still there. They never called back, that should have been the first clue not to use them. We showed up around 1030am and there was a salesman there to help, he was good and helpful. this so called certified used tahoe had dead battery when we first tried to look at it. as we drove the tahoe the molding by the windows was coming off and the engine had a rough idle in drive. We like the tahoe even though it might have engine problems, it was still covered under gm power train warranty so we said we would buy it if they fixed the issues, they said they would, but who knows how long that could take. Any way after repeated attempts to get the total price for the Tahoe, the salesman said we will talk about it in the finance room. Finally We go into the finance room and he's got all the final pricing done, we told him we never agreed on a purchase price. The financial officer said you didn't do that already? we said we never talked about pricing i was suppose to do that with you, needless to say we were pretty pissed off at this point since its now 330pm. We asked to speak to the manager and were told he was to busy to come talk to us and that was just the price. So we asked again to speak with the manager. We sat there for the manger (joe)when he finally showed up he came in and said basically i have 5 salesman to deal with i don t have time to help you, but im here now what do you want, my wife and i tired to make a deal and willing to buy the problem riddled tahoe, and we were looking for a little compensation for not being able to drive the Tahoe home today, he litterally said the price is what it is and take it or leave it, i really dont care. He was so loud and would hardly let us get a word in. After that my wife and i were shocked the way he was acting. After he left we got up and told told the financial officer we needed a little time to talk about it we will be back in about 5 min so we went outside and discussed it and despite the rude manger we were going to buy it so we went back in and told the financial officer we would move forward with the deal he said im sorry but joe the manager said i have to do the next contract first then we'll get back to you. After that its now 5pm and could not believe that after just 5 min they blew us over, we just could not deal with rude customer service and left. Buyer beware! I will NEVER buy a vehicle from guaranty Chevrolet EVER!
