dvann54 purchased a 2019 Traverse--11/25/22-- had a water leak at 3rd light on top of rear hatch-- the service dept. (Kathy Kay) had it verified and body shop fixed wrong issue , now a lot of finger p water leak at 3rd light on top of rear hatch-- the service dept. (Kathy Kay) had it verified and body shop fixed wrong issue , now a lot of finger pointing is going on----I would like to get my car fixed correctly. I purchased 2 New Trucks in the past and had to take them back for different repairs several times each until i got them Fixed, Kathy Kay will NOT keep her word!!!!!! More
Sadrac was awesome! I came in on one of the COLDEST evenings and it was like 40 minutes before they closed and Sadrac was not bothered infact we joked about it and he kn I came in on one of the COLDEST evenings and it was like 40 minutes before they closed and Sadrac was not bothered infact we joked about it and he knew someone like me was sure to come in… the process was fast and easy, I came in with one vehicle in mind but Sadrac showed me a better option and I left with an awesome Silverado. He and the other folks were easy to go I’m sure but were extremely professional and made sure everything was good to go. Highly recommend…I will for sure be using Gulf Coast Chevrolet Buick GMC ..thank you for an awesome experience. More
I had returned my car because after spending $1,537 on the first visit my A/C was improved but still not cooling properly. They kept it for several days and were unable to address the problem. I picked the car up and the A/C is still not 100% but I cannot afford to take it back because they offer no guarantees that it can be fixed without charging me more money.
