Then to trying to scheduling service only to find out that once they have your vehicle it is days before they look at it. Then it is on the customer to call and get updates, since the service techs don't and can't return phone calls. Also, don't waste your time trying to email the service manager or even customer service, because those emails are not acknowledge or responded to either. More
