Not my first experience My recent purchase was my 4th or 5th vehicle to buy from Gulf Coast and specifically from David Lackey. Always a pleasure to work with David. I cant s My recent purchase was my 4th or 5th vehicle to buy from Gulf Coast and specifically from David Lackey. Always a pleasure to work with David. I cant say the same for all of the people that work there, but David has always been above and beyond, straight forward yet always friendly when dealing with me on my purchases. Gulf Coast has always beat any deal I found anywhere else, and the finance manager has been nothing but nice when we put up a fight for a better price. I couldn't ask for more from a car sale experience. Thank you for all you guys do to help get us in our desired vehicle!! More

Misleading and fraudulent mailing Received a notice from the dealership with a game piece for a sweepstakes. I matched the numbers and when I went to claim the prize, I was told that Received a notice from the dealership with a game piece for a sweepstakes. I matched the numbers and when I went to claim the prize, I was told that someone had already won the $1000.00 even though I had the winning game piece in my hand. He took the game piece from my hand but I took a picture of it first. Horrible way to attract customers. I'll take my business back to Arizona where at least I know the dealerships are not shady. Even though I live here now, the drive to Arizona would be worth it because I know I would be valued and so will my business More

I love the service and the people there feels like a small town and everyone tries to make you feel like you are the only one there. I will definately buy all of my cars from there from now on because when you fine the right place with the right people why go somewhere else. More

My salesman, Sean Watson, asked me what I was l I went to the dealership just to test drive a couple of Ford SUV's never having driven a Ford before. My salesman, Sean Watson, asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle and I told him. He brought out a Ford Edge with everything I wanted in a color I liked. The minute I sat in the car I was sold--no pressure or anything. I felt like I was treated really good. I drove that suv off the lot that night and have been happy with it ever since. I haven't had it serviced yet but I did take it back and they put the license plates, tags and EZ tag on it for me. I was real pleased with that. Sean programmed my phone into it for me. I look forward to dealing with them in the future and would recommend them to anyone. More
