Its not just fiance dept. It dont take 8 weeks just get refund. The sale dept wasnt truthful about car i now have go spend money fix struts radio interior lights. Also gotta get rubber strips done around windshield and back window. Learned my lesson never buy here and be sure let friends kniw if asked.

The refund process can take around 8 weeks to complete. We gather the paperwork from you, send it to the warranty company, they process the return. We have no control over how long it takes them to do that. Also, Taylor reached out to you multiple times after your purchase with no response. All communication is digitally documented and recorded. If we had known there was an issue with your 2017 Mustang, we perhaps would have been able to work out a way to assist you. I apologize that you are not satisfied with your experience, and hope everything works out for you.

No Taylor did not reach out to me. I can show phone record that she didnt. Noone reached out. After sale l. Please lets be truthful. Again ive learned a lesson not buy here again. As my experience showed only care about sale and nothing else. Sure let friends know if they should about my experience.
