I’ll be sure to tell the good and bad of this recent encounter.... thank you to David Wachner the service advisor we have been dealing with, gave us several call backs keeping us informed and working wi encounter.... thank you to David Wachner the service advisor we have been dealing with, gave us several call backs keeping us informed and working with Ford to resolve the issue. The director Willie Sanford refused to allow the work to be done and told me “I’ll make this simple for you, I’m not fu****g with this truck!” Filing a complaint with Ford obviously and hopefully saving some people a headache by letting y’all know not to use Gullo Ford Service! More

Honest, kind and fast service! Gullo treated us way better than our original dealership! Our original dealership lied and gave us the runaround about our warranty and told us minimum 48 hours to even d better than our original dealership! Our original dealership lied and gave us the runaround about our warranty and told us minimum 48 hours to even diagnose the issue. Gullo had 2 recalls and our check engine light fixed in less than a day! Amanda was great and friendly! Definitely be back! More
