I was purchasing from out of state, so I took some risk driving down. They had the best price out of the 10 dealerships that had the make/model/transmission/trim/colors I wanted. Not pushy at all, made us feel comfortable the whole process, and took time to explain to us some features of the vehicle. Went in for an inspection and the service manager told me that the windshield was tinted and would not pass. Then he said he would check with the technician.
