I have used Gullo Toyota for the last 3 years. I will not go anywhere else unless I am out of town or it's an emergency. The Customer Service was remarkable. I obtained my claim number and contacted Toyota and told them I would be there in 5 minutes but, that I only had 30 minutes to drop off my car, get the rental and then g number and contacted Toyota and told them I would be there in 5 minutes but, that I only had 30 minutes to drop off my car, get the rental and then get to work. In that short time frame, Karen, Johnathan Cortez and the Enterprise Representative, Andrew, moved like wildfire to get me in and out. They did it too. I made it to work only a few minutes late. Within minutes of picking up my serviced vehicle, one of my tires was losing air. When I took my vehicle to a Discount Tire Store for repairs- I could not locate my wheel lock. I contacted Johnathan Cortez (Karen was very good about finding him for me if he wasn't at his desk). Johnathan advised that they use a master wheel lock so they had not used mine. He could have left it like that. But, he didn't. He was able to locate me a new wheel lock (only $41.00) and coordinated a way to get the new wheel lock over to the tire store. As always Troy Garrison was wonderful in the service department too. Johnathan and Troy coordinated between Collision and Service to make sure all was repaired on my vehicle in a timely fashion. For me - Gullo employees = Quality Customer Service. More

BEWARE!!! These guys are so totally sleazy, I can't even find the words to describe it. They continually found things wrong (they alleged) with the brand-new Camry I bought from them (but since I left Texas find the words to describe it. When someone smashed into my car from behind and Gullo's body shop replaced the left rear quarter panel, they screwed it up--I later found a little pond in the spare tire compartment, because these morons hadn't sealed the seams.
