The sales experience was great. My only issue came up in the finance office. I asked about pricing for an extended warranty and was quoted $3,800 for five years with a $500 deductible, and the coverage was limited to the powertrain. Afterward, I went to a separate GMC dealership and purchased their Platinum extended warranty, which provides significantly more comprehensive coverage, with only a $100 deductible, for $3,500. Based on that comparison, I feel the extended warranty pricing and coverage I was offered at Gunn Chevy were not good. Overall, I would recommend buying a vehicle from Gunn Chevy. The sales experience was excellent, and I had a great experience working with Ben. However, based on my experience, I would probably choose to finance elsewhere and would definitely shop around before purchasing an extended warranty through the dealership. More
