I bought a truck from Gunn automotive. Within the first month it had it it had 2 leaks and every time I turn the wheel it would squeak really loud. Talk to the service department. Alyssa Cantu kept brushing me off or getting defensive. It was actually really infuriating. It took me a month to even get it into the service department and she wouldn't listen and I just literally had to ask her just get somebody to look at it. They did find out a piece was put in backwards that was causing screeching. They found two leaks after they said they did 150 point inspection. They wanted me to pay $1,000 for it when I already got two different warranties for the truck. When I told Alyssa Cantu I just got this truck she brushed me off. Well the truck is naturally going to squeak like that. I was raised around trucks the first thing I learned how to drive was a truck on a farm. I know what the truck is supposed to be doing. But every time I tried to tell her something she would say something along the lines of well that's just how trucks are. This is the second issue I've had with this company. The only person that I talked to who was amazing was Miss. Shelby. At least that's what I think her name is. She is the first lady that picks up the phone when you called the service department.
