Service advisor was great. Wait wasn’t as long as I expected. This is my 2nd time being my vehicle in for an oil change, both times the air pressure was not adjusted properly, Wait wasn’t as long as I expected. This is my 2nd time being my vehicle in for an oil change, both times the air pressure was not adjusted properly, even though the inspection form said that it was. I even asked the advisor to make sure they checked and adjusted the pressure. He not only wrote it down, but had it highlighted and it still was not done. Kind of concerning that I’m supposed to believe the inspection for is accurate and items are actually looked at, if they won’t even check and adjust the air pressure. More
Very bad diagnostic, firstable we took our car for oil change and multi point inspection, that date of service they didn't put back some plastic clips and they said the sound the car made comes from the change and multi point inspection, that date of service they didn't put back some plastic clips and they said the sound the car made comes from the shocks absorber and they recommended to change them. We took our car to change the shock absorber both sides and the noise still , so we returned immediately next day and they said ohhh is not the shock absorber, is the the right inner CV-Boot saying is The Rubber boot seals in the grease on your axle, and the grease is leaking out, causing the noise in the axle. It's recommended to replace that boot. My husband called very upset cause we pay 1,300 dollars and is not the shock absorber. So one hour later they said: I just spoke to your husband about your car, and we found that the issue is coming from the same shock that we replaced. We are going to Warranty this shock and replace it at no charge to you. I got the shock ordered and it will be here tomorrow. We picked up the car with a diagnostic saying we have to change the CV Boot immediately. Really?? So frustrating with the diagnostic we took it to the agency for more quality and honesty but is totally wrong. More
