I have always had a great experience with the service dept , this last time I had a nail in my tire , which they quickly located and due to previous patching they said for safety it be best to rplace the dept , this last time I had a nail in my tire , which they quickly located and due to previous patching they said for safety it be best to rplace the tire, at the same time I had my front brakes replace , they accpmplished both quckly and thourghly. Andrew & Logan both are excellent & thourgh in there jobs. The only shortcoming to the service dept is the week hours schedule states 7 Am to & 7 PM, but the service tech only work to 5 pm , the additional hours for people to pick up there vehicles not for repair work. They need to state that on the website, other than that they are great. I will continue to use them for my car needs. More

Took my vehicle in for hesitation upon acceleration. I asked him about the diagnostic tests performed which according to my receipt should have been electrical tests, physical inspection and computer diagnostic. After I asked David about this he said was they only performed a test drive after which they determined trans was slipping and needed to be replaced for $5000. He was very rude when I declined. After driving took my vehicle home instantly noticed it was driving much worse than before I took it in. I checked my fluid only to discover my transmission fluid level was low. I am religious about checking my fluids and it wasn't low before I took vehicle in. Somehow in the time my vehicle was getting inspected, fluid mysteriously vanished from my transmission, which left unattended could have most definitely and convientantly damaged my transmission that would have then warranted a replacement. I filled my transmission back to level.. Had my inspected at Ancria in which it had been determined the hesitatation is a torque convertor clutch lock up and a common issue. remedied by pressing harder on pedal. Not a $5000 transmission replacement. The most frustrating of the whole situation Is I basically paid for nothing other then pay somone to to try to scam me. Had David done an actual diagnostic you think an honest mechanic would replace it low fluid. Not gunn nissan, had I not checked who knows what damage would have occurred.. I feel scammed and ripped off. Don't trust gun service dept. And lastly my trans has no leak becasue it hasn't gone low since my gunn service visit. More
