Oil changes, even scheduled, take way too long. Sometimes 3 or more hours. Front staff is great but technicians don’t respect your vehicle at all. Upon arrival at the dealership I was approached immediately and was asked how they could help me. I asked if I could an oil change and they said yes. Then I asked if they could do a maintenance ch immediately and was asked how they could help me. I asked if I could an oil change and they said yes. Then I asked if they could do a maintenance check, and they did. Turns out that I needed a new battery and rear brakes which I replaced. Nate Aleman was informative and attentive the entire time very nice young man. Before I left he made sure everything was ok. Oh and the coffee was GREAT! More
My less than 3 y/o Rogue, just out of warranty, had a failure of multiple electronic components. Kyle and Gunn Nissan went above and beyond to advocate for me and get my car repaired. It took a little ov failure of multiple electronic components. Kyle and Gunn Nissan went above and beyond to advocate for me and get my car repaired. It took a little over a week but they provided a rental and inconvenienced me as little as possible. My car was fully repaired under warranty due to their persistence and advocacy. Service on yesterday was really horrible. Normally this dealership is fast and swift however they took hours just to do a oil change, tire rotation, and to change my air filter,. Usually they would do a general wash and vacuum out my vehicle. Yesterday that was not done my vehicle was left dirty no one washed it outside nor the inside. The prices have elevated too high. They won't allow you to use more than one coupon at a time. They did allow me to use it after I complained. But they said that you can no longer do that. So now you have to pay for everything separate and only use one coupon. Using more than one coupon would allow you to have a bigger discount. I'm truly thinking about going going to Ingram Nissan that's where I've had my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder service for over the last 4 years and I don't have those kind of issues there. They even offer a program where you earn dollars that you can use toward service or towards the purchase of a new car. GunnNissan does not have a program like this at all that I'm aware of. They were very understaffed and a young man that checked me in was so stressed out because it's appears that he's doing all of the work and some of his other coworkers are very lazy. This is unacceptable being that this is a car dealership that says extremely busy on the day-to-day basis. I call myself going around noon instead of the user time that I go 3:30 to 4:30 doing the week. And it was horrible I thought I would be in and be out at least in about an hour it took hours for them to do the work on my vehicle. Needless to say I am truly thinking about going over to Ingram Nissan where I have my Pathfinder I might as well have both vehicle serviced at the same place. I tried to stick to Gunn Nissan because that's where I purchased my vehicle but their services is awful.. More
