I made an appointment for a oil change on a Saturday. Showed up I was attended too by a service adviser named SAM. Very nice , courteous, very professional. This was my very first visit to Gunn. Really bad service department . I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation (12:00).After an hour and a half, they told me I have to wait another 2 or 3 hours to complete the service. I can't bel oil change and tire rotation (12:00).After an hour and a half, they told me I have to wait another 2 or 3 hours to complete the service. I can't believe it...almost 4 hours for an oil change. After talking with other representative, they rush the service (no tire rotation now just oil change) and I left the dealer at 2:00pm.
