I was recommended to change air filters, as they were deemed “dirty”, despite my having changed them three days prior. I made an appointment, but still had to wait over an hour for a simple oil chang deemed “dirty”, despite my having changed them three days prior. I made an appointment, but still had to wait over an hour for a simple oil change. The person assigned to help was anything but helpful. No updates unless I pressed for them. Dismissive tone, as if I was interrupting her day by asking about a current work order in progress. If I didn’t have an extended warranty through these people, I wouldn’t recommend them whatsoever. The service department and advisors are always on point with their quality of work, knowledge and ability to help the customer understand what is needed with their vehicle.
