I buy all my cars from Gunn Nissan and Frank Wallace. He’s great. He’s the main reason we do business there. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else. Gunn Nissan is a good dealer both sales and service. I was not offered any of the service specials ( coupons) which I think should have been done. I used one but was not asked. I would have done more work had it was offered. He did a good job of reviewing the recommended items. But didn’t offer the services at the coupon price. I have seen this happen in the past as well from other service advisors. They should be offering the specials. I fault management for that. More

Good experience with dropping my car off not so much when picking up. No one greeted me, staff standing around and not asked if I need help. When I was asked if I needed help I was basically handed my keys a picking up. No one greeted me, staff standing around and not asked if I need help. I walked out to my car where I saw Roland my service guy helping another customer which was great but no one offered that level of service to me. It was very disappointing. I never spoke with or had any interaction with Roland but he was busy providing great service. What is the excuse for the others working on March 17 at 6:00 pm? More
