Excellent Customer Service!!! Outstanding customer service!!! I only went in for tire rotation and inspection but Juan my service manager must have noticed my dirty vehicle. He Outstanding customer service!!! I only went in for tire rotation and inspection but Juan my service manager must have noticed my dirty vehicle. He had it washed and vacuumed!!!!! At my previous Nissan dealership not once did they bother to wash my car. I love my Murano and when I replace this one I will for sure buy it from Gunn. More

Quoted 2 hour wait and only took an hour. Car was supposed to be washed, but left half clean and dried dirt on. License plate was bent like crazy. Was told wouldnt pass inspection due to worn brakes. supposed to be washed, but left half clean and dried dirt on. License plate was bent like crazy. Was told wouldnt pass inspection due to worn brakes. I could pay $279 for front and $279 for back to pass. I declined and when went to pay, was told passed inspection anyway. Felt like worker was trying to make a sale off of me, being a female that was alone. More
