Had a recall done on my 2018 Nissan and no one was knowledgeable on why and what change was done to my car. Then I spoke to a mgr and he also wasn’t knowledgeable on the work done to my car. Anti theft controller They replaced the controller, no problem, but Now the inside trunk release doesn’t work, It worked before I took my car there. Prices are outrageous and you’d think the service would at least be decent for those prices. Every service person I interacted with was rude and/or dismissive. Felicia was nice though. I only use this dealership now. Their service dept and service mgr T Cowden are very nice, sincere and honest. I asked for my brakes to get checked cuz they squeak sometimes and they came back and said th service mgr T Cowden are very nice, sincere and honest. I asked for my brakes to get checked cuz they squeak sometimes and they came back and said the brakes were fine. Many other places would take advantage of people to make a quick buck. But not GunnNissan! Kudos to you and your employees. I’ve also had several previous good experiences with GunnNissan, so they are my dealership for sales and service. More
