Great customer service from Travis Travis did a great job helping me find out what services I needed on my truck. He made sure that my truck came out clean and even sent it back through Travis did a great job helping me find out what services I needed on my truck. My only complaint was the amount of time the dealership took in performing the services. I had an appointment at 9am and my oil change and fuel injection service took over 2 hours. More

Oil change I stopped by GUNN Nissan for a standard oil change for the first time since purchasing the vehicle used. My first encounter with Aly, once the vehicl I stopped by GUNN Nissan for a standard oil change for the first time since purchasing the vehicle used. My first encounter with Aly, once the vehicle was checked in, was to let me know the dealership I bought the vehicle from did not give me the universal maintenance package. So in order to receive the free service, I would have to drive to their dealership (Tom Peacock) in North Houston. A four hour drive to say the least is not worth a free oil change. After discussing further frustrations about Tom Peacock and their sales based on false pretenses, Aly spoke with a supervisor and was able to grant me the one free service. Her compassion was very much appreciated. She also took the time to sit with me after service to show me how a feature worked. More

But this time it was really crappy the second we walked in the door. Our service Rep seemed bummed. He didn’t introduce himself or seem enthusiastic to help. He didn’t even acknowledge my significant other in which he felt disrespected. We had an appt at 9am. Didn’t leave til after 1pm. Our Service Rep didn’t really give much detail about charges for repair when asked. We ended up paying over $200 just for labor. The replacement parts were under $20 and it was a simple fix that I being a female could’ve done myself. What a waste of time and money. More
