Best parts buying experience! I came in to take advantage of a promo that Gunn Nissan was running on tires. I was greeted by David Dyer and my experience was very pleasant! He show I came in to take advantage of a promo that Gunn Nissan was running on tires. I was greeted by David Dyer and my experience was very pleasant! He showed me the tires I came in to inquire about to make sure they were the right size. After the transaction, he helped me load the tires into my car! Very pleasant service advisor and awesome service start to finish. Will visit again for anything I need. Thanks! More

Provided Constant Car Status They have a giant TV screen that tells you the progress of your car so you know at all times where they are in finishing the job. I love this. Sales service is great Service for maintenance not This is my first Nissan and I've had to do quiet a bit of expensive maintenance on it compared to my 4 other Chevrolet vehicles. $624 yesterday on fro This is my first Nissan and I've had to do quiet a bit of expensive maintenance on it compared to my 4 other Chevrolet vehicles. $624 yesterday on front brakes, fuel injectors, and oil change when amount quoted should have been around $475. I never paid so much out of pocket on other vehicles. Them because I used a $30 off per axle specuial that Nissan has I wasn't allowed to use my $53 in service points which have really saved me. Was pretty frustrating. More

Consistently poor service dept Last Oct, took my Nissan Frontier in for just an oil change. Almost 3 hrs later & no one notified me it was ready. Complained to service mgr & he was Last Oct, took my Nissan Frontier in for just an oil change. Almost 3 hrs later & no one notified me it was ready. Complained to service mgr & he was kind enough to gve me a credit back on my acvount to use next time I visited. So made an appt for another oil change on Mar.14. This time took more than 2 hrs waiting & they only allowed me to use partial credit, chatging $28. One expects oil change with appt would not be more than 1- 1.5 hrs, but apparently appts don’t count here. Then insult to injury, won’t allow full use of credits from last poor service. Apparent that serving their customers is not in Gunn’s mission statement! More
