I took my Equinox to have the oil changed, tires rotated and have the battery checked that had failed me several times before going on a trip 400 miles from home. The battery is new and the cables were cleaned and pads put on it to keep the corrosion from creating the problem again. The service was reasonably timely and the service guy was nice and kept me updated. Fast forward to my trip, I was stranded in a 98 degree parking lot with my granddaughters when my car wouldn’t start! a kind man helped us get it started and I immediately looked for someone to look at it again. I took it to a local repairman who replaced the terminal and it has been fine ever since. He only charged me $33. We have bought every car in the last 25 years from Bob Hembree/Dale Benton and had all of our service there. I’m not sure I can trust my business to them again. It was a simple fix and one that I had to have done 400 miles from home and caused my and my granddaughters lots of stress. More
