This is why I chose to purchase my Chevy truck at Guntersville Chevrolet. Thursday I experienced a loud popping noise from the front of my truck. Turns out some type of upper ball joint Control Arm i Guntersville Chevrolet. Thursday I experienced a loud popping noise from the front of my truck. Turns out some type of upper ball joint Control Arm issue. It was not safe to drive. I called my service advisor and he contacted the closest dealership (I work in Huntsville) but they were 5 days out to look at my truck. The Guntersville Chevrolet team worked with me and roadside assistance to have my truck towed to Guntersville Chevrolet. They had my truck fixed and ready for pickup late on Friday (one day after it arrive there from the tow truck !!!); I picked up my truck on Saturday. Thank you David, Kevin and Dave for your awesome customer service. More
