We were in Texas and decided to go from a car to a crossover. We called Jonathan on the way home. He helped us pick it out online, and had the vehicle ready to leave the lot that night at 8:30 pm. We went straight to the dealership without going home. He gave us a Great deal. We paid nothing out of pocket!!!! We signed the papers and were home by 9:00 pm. He even let us bring our trade in back the next morning. We left for the Smokies from the dealership that day. Jon is a nice honest guy!!! I would highly recommend him to everyone I know!!!! More

One of the best in the country. I just returned from a cross-country trip in our 2010 Silverado 2500HD. I usually pull an Airstream on these trips although the recent one was without the tow. I purchased my truck from Bob Hembree Chevrolet and have it serviced there whenever I am home. The service is always responsive, courteous, thorough, and quick. But what is truly exceptional about this company is their concern for their customers when they are out of town. Last year and on this recent trip, my truck needed repair in Oregon and then New Mexico. Both times I contacted Hembree Chevrolet and told them about the problem. In Oregon, they called the dealer and made sure that my truck was taken care of first thing Monday morning and that I had a loaner. Most recently in New Mexico, the dealership was unfamiliar with my long-term service contract. Again I called Hembree Chevrolet, and they called me back explaining exactly what to do to ensure my repair was covered. When I called GM about the coverage, they told me Ron from Hembree Motors has already called and it was taken care of. When I compare this dealership with others all over the country, they are clearly exceptional in all areas. More
