Everyone at Guntersville Chevrolet is very friendly and helpful. My issue is with the time it takes to complete a previously scheduled oil change and inconsistency in pricing. It took 1.5 hours to complete helpful. My issue is with the time it takes to complete a previously scheduled oil change and inconsistency in pricing. It took 1.5 hours to complete a standard oil change and tire rotation that was scheduled two days prior. Other Chevrolet places where I have had oil changes take half that time and do not charge an extra $10 for a tire rotation. More
