Had done over 20 vehicle transactions with this dealer in the last 20 YEARS and I can tell they have decided to join forces with the dark side. Sales are no longer an interaction but a mere transaction for the new management team… On the service side BEWARE of the SCAM they currently run adding $29 engine cleaning systems for brand new vehicles even under 7k miles. They do this without disclosing pricing and just adding it to the oil change. Jess, svce manager is one of them and when you bring up the charge at the end they state you sign for it. She is outrageous on customer service and build such a bad reputation for your dealer. Call several time asking for service director but never connected me to him. Left voice mail but got never contacted. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER - Rick Case in Sunrise or Hollywood KIA are the WAY TO GO!!! However the so called vehicle inspection or certified in my experience was bad, made the mistake of not buying a Car Fax report till involved with the first vehicle, it showed an open recall and minor body damage. Decided to get another one and rush through the sale and after taking possession found it needed oil change, missing cover of cargo door handle and had minor damage on lower part of front bumper. Again if buying a certified car from them buy a CarFax report for it and see vehicle history as well as going over the vehicle well to see it’s condition. More

I Resigned from this place today as a sales consultant. Didn’t like the discriminatory practices they had here the sales manager named Jorge Zaldivar punched me in the throat. The General Manager yells, curses at and belittles you. they tried to charge a customer $2,000 more than what the internet price was for the vehicle. They’re not fair or equal to employees and the General Manager is a real piece of work. Just avoid the Hassle and troubles and go to Rick Case or Hollywood Kia from what I’ve seen they have the best deals! More

Certifertified means absolutely nothing, consumer commitments and honesty mean absolutely nothing Their customer follow-up is non-existent and they're professionalism is Non-Existent Don't get me started on ethics. This dealership saws cars they know are defective, junk and mechanically bad., I would advise anyone who values their money to stay the xxxx away from this place!. We had an 11:00 AM appointment and were told it would take 2 hours for a diagnosis. After 2.5 hours I asked the service rep about my car's status and he didn't yet know. I told him that he said it would take 2 hours for the diagnosis and he replied, "I said it would take at least 2 hours," he lied. When I finally got the diagnosis after 4 hours of waiting, I was told that they needed to order a part and couldn't do the repair. So that was that and I drove home angry and wholly unsatisfied with Gunther Kia's service department. You should also know because I was told this: "Your appointment time is with a service advisor." Be prepared to be lied to and worse from this dealer's absolutely horrible service department. More
