Due to me being a loyal Lighthouse point Kia customer since 2012, I knew that I could possibly become a 3x leaser again. In the past, I was impressed with the service department at Gunther Kia and thought I would give the Sales department a shot. My intentions were not to get a new car right away due to me having 3 more months on my lease and I wanted to shop around possibly for another brand. However, due to Brian and Jonnathan's great customer service, I not only left with a new car that fit my financial budget, but I left with the one of the most beautiful cars on the market, the new Stinger! Initially I was in contact with Sales - Jonnathan, who was helpful with providing information prior to vi I recently leased a Kia Soul at Gunther Kia. Initially I was in contact with Sales - Jonnathan, who was helpful with providing information prior to visiting the dealership. I was unaware of how long the buying process would take, but Sales - Gus was very patient and helpful along the process. He gave us space to go over the car options, setting up the insurance for the car and patiently waited until it was all finalized. Manager Neil was involved during the buying process and follow up afterwards. I did not expect leaving with a car that same day, but they made it happen! I would surely recommend Gunther Kia. More
