Gunther Kia was the first car dealership we went to and after walking into two others we went right back to Kia Bc the customer service was so much better and the price was good for what we wanted. Gus also really knows the car features well which helps to sell the vehicle. The only complaint I would have is the process took sooo long. Other than the length of time, everything else was good. The sales representative, Hermiz, we have been using over the years has been very accommodating at every turn. He has made time for us whether it's a phone call, drop in visit, or arranging for a new vehicle. He focuses specifically on us and doesn't wander off to chase other possible sales. His focused attention to our every question and his ability to find the answers for us is outstanding. We also never felt pressured to do one thing or another. We also dealt with Nick and Pablo for the financial arrangements. They worked the numbers for us that we needed for our personal financial arrangements. All of the staff worked with us no matter how long it took to meet our needs and requests....and all in a personal and friendly manner. We will be back! More
