I was always interested in a Kia and several of my co-workers bought at another dealership. I did my research, test drove numerous cars and found the one I was serious about buying at Gunther Kia. I reached out to the dealership and Thank God, I was connected with Gustavo "Gus" Menchaca. He was informative but not pushy, like other salespeople I had encountered in my search. He's approachable, respectful, nice and funny (cute too!) He made the process so easy for me, as I was a bit nervous. It's a big decision since I hadn't bought a car in 9 years. Once I knew the Kia Cadenza was the car for me, we proceeded to finance. It's like going into the Principal at school but Gus told me not to be nervous and that Pablo was great. He was more than great. He explained everything in a way that wasn't completely confusing to me and allowed me to make my decision, again without pressure. He was exactly how Gus was and I would recommend Gunther Kia, Gus and Pablo to anyone. I won't ever buy anywhere else and I'm in love with my Smoky Blue 2014 Kia Cadenza.
