Well, it got done, we left with the exact car as we requested, with the deal we expected. She made it happen for us, she bargained with financing on our behalf. Done!!! JASMINE SMALL IS A MIRACLE WORKER!! I walked into the dealership with a pre-approval letter from my bank and used car already selected online (VW JETTA). After getting excited about the car I initially came to see, I suddenly found out that my bank DENIED me and refused to honor the pre-approval they had given me only 24 hours prior! Needless to say I was BEYOND NOT HAPPY! I walked away from the deal very disappointed. Jasmine continued to call and follow up even after I gave her several "I'm not interested anymore, I'll wait until I have more money". She had even taken it upon herself to call my bank, so she could figure out how to help me. About 5 days later Jasmine called me with a deal. A lease option on a brand new 2017 car with a payment only $30 higher than the one on my original pre-approval for a USED car!! She had already done ALL of the legwork and had everything situated with her lender before she even called me that evening! Skeptical, I asked many questions for which she had solid answers for ALL of them. The only thing left to do?.....PICK A COLOR.....That same night she had all contracts drawn up and situated so I could just come in the next morning....sign on the line...and drive out! (She was even willing to stay late and have me pick it up that night....but I wasn't available). So I came in the next morning at 9:00am....and was out by 9:30! As I told her....."Jasmine....I don't know how the "H*LL" you pulled this off...but you worked a MIRACLE"!! No pressure, confident and great Customer Service! I called and spoke with Neil Stokes over the phone, and he was confident about speaking with me about my options and getting me out of my car. I then I called and spoke with Neil Stokes over the phone, and he was confident about speaking with me about my options and getting me out of my car. I then went to the dealership and was introduced to Christian who then also help assisting me with making a decision with my car options. He educated me on the brand (Kia) because I had no idea about them. I was originally looking at a Kia Optima. With me owing so much on my car I wasn't able to get into the Kia but they were able to make a deal and get me into my VW Jetta in white which I love so much! Christian and Neil are awesome and so patient with me because I hesitated on letting them move forward even though they were confident in what they do. Their confidence and patience helped me relax and now I'm enjoying my car which I will not be upside down on once I turn in my lease. Thank you so much! Telling everyone about Gunther Kia! More
